How to Compare Online Quran Class Fees

Compare Quran class fees by lesson length, weekly frequency, billing period and the teaching support included. A monthly price alone does not tell you how much individual lesson time you receive.

Start with the learning arrangement

Write down the course, whether teaching is one-to-one, the lesson duration and how often lessons take place. A learner starting Noorani Qaida and a learner managing a substantial Hifz revision routine may need different arrangements. More weekly sessions do not automatically make a plan better if the student cannot attend or practise consistently.

Compare two offers for the same learner and goal. Ask whether the advertised fee covers one student, whether siblings have separate lessons and whether introductory offers change after the first billing period. Keep a copy of the proposed arrangement before paying.

Use a simple like-for-like calculation

For a plan with a confirmed number of lessons, divide the fee by that number to find the cost per lesson. Then compare lesson duration. For example, a hypothetical USD 40 package containing eight 30-minute lessons provides four hours of scheduled teaching: USD 5 per lesson, or USD 10 per teaching hour. This is a calculation example, not a Live Quran Academy price.

A different package might look cheaper per month but provide fewer minutes. The calculation helps you compare scope; it does not measure teaching quality. A clear explanation, appropriate correction and dependable communication also matter.

Clarify what monthly means

A calendar-month plan and a four-week package are not identical. Ask how the lesson count is calculated, what happens around holidays and whether a fifth occurrence of a weekday is included. Do not convert three weekly lessons into a fixed monthly allowance unless the academy confirms that allowance.

Ask which currency is actually charged and whether the payment provider adds conversion or transaction fees. A local-currency estimate on a website may differ from the final payable amount.

Check the practical terms

Before comparing the final prices, establish how cancellations, missed sessions and teacher changes are handled. Ask what notice is required, whether a replacement lesson depends on availability and what happens if the teacher misses a lesson. Request the applicable written policy rather than assuming a free replacement is automatic.

Also check whether learning materials or specialist assessments cost extra. Keep price questions separate from learning questions so that a low fee does not distract from whether the proposed teacher and course fit the student.

Use the trial to compare teaching

During the trial, notice whether the teacher identifies a useful starting point and explains a correction you can apply. Ask what the next learning objective would be and how progress could be discussed. Afterward, compare the complete arrangement: teaching fit, realistic attendance, fee and terms.

Visit the pricing page for current published plans or request a written quote. Include the course, learner level, preferred days and city so admissions can discuss an arrangement that makes sense for your household.
