Ask admissions for the approved cancellation and refund terms before paying for an ongoing lesson plan.
Ask before a schedule changes
Find out how much notice is required to request a change, whether missed lessons can be rearranged and who confirms a replacement time. Do not assume that sending a message automatically changes an appointment.
Separate cancellation from refund eligibility
Ending future lessons and requesting money back are different questions. Ask how the terms of your arrangement apply to each. A schedule change or cancellation message does not by itself establish refund eligibility.
Send a clear request to admissions
Include enough information to identify the lesson arrangement and explain whether you are asking to change a time, end future lessons or query a payment. Ask admissions to confirm the applicable notice and refund conditions. This page does not promise a refund period, automatic replacement lesson or payment method.
