Tell us whether you are asking for yourself or a child, what kind of help you are looking for and which local time windows might work. You do not need to send sensitive documents or detailed personal histories to ask about a lesson. If you already submitted the form, mention that request rather than sending several new ones.
Before assuming a lesson is booked
A saved enquiry is not yet a confirmed appointment. Admissions needs to discuss availability and send joining information. Check the local timezone, device requirements and contact route for a last-minute problem. Keep the confirmation where you can find it.
