Browsing and calculator requests

The public learning pages do not require a student account. The family calculator sends selected plans, courses, billing currency, and eligibility choices to the server to calculate an estimate. It does not use a browser-submitted price as the source of the fee.

The application does not save these calculator requests as student records. The hosting environment may maintain technical request logs, such as network and error information. The hosting owner controls those logs and their retention; this page does not claim an unverified retention period.

Preparing a course enquiry

The on-page form sends the entered contact and scheduling details to the PHP server for validation and preparation of a message. The application saves the enquiry in protected server records before returning a confirmation and attempts an email notification to admissions. The saved fields include contact and scheduling details, the calculated estimate, the source page, UTM campaign fields and the requesting IP address. The visitor may also open WhatsApp and send the prepared message.

Once you use WhatsApp or your email service, those services handle the communication under their own settings and policies. The academy receives the submitted website enquiry independently of any later WhatsApp or email conversation. Ask the academy directly about handling or removal of information held in that correspondence.

Cookies and administrator access

The public page code does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The protected administration area uses a session cookie for sign-in and request protection. Failed sign-in attempts are rate-limited using a server-side record associated with the requesting network address.

The site loads its own styles, scripts, and image assets locally. Hosting or access-control services may have their own operational requirements. This description concerns the application code and does not make unsupported claims about every third-party hosting layer.

The booking form uses session storage in your current browser tab to remember the contact details, lesson preferences and private enquiry reference you enter. This lets you continue through another page or trial button without re-entering the same information. The draft expires after two hours of inactivity. Start a new enquiry clears this tab’s draft; it does not delete a request already submitted to the academy.

Submitting the contact step saves an enquiry on the server even if you do not complete the lesson-preferences step. If you supply an email address, the academy attempts to send a receipt confirmation. Staff notification emails and student confirmations have separate delivery statuses. No marketing subscription is created by submitting this form.

Does using the calculator create a student account?

Using the fee calculator does not create a student account or enrolment record. It sends selections to the server for an estimate and does not create an enrolment record. The result remains an estimate until the academy verifies the proposed arrangement and family eligibility.

Is my enquiry automatically stored in a website database?

A submitted enquiry is saved in protected server records before confirmation. It includes the contact and scheduling fields, the server-calculated estimate, source page, campaign details and IP address. An admissions email notification is attempted after saving.

Does pressing Review my enquiry send a WhatsApp message?

Submitting the form saves the enquiry and attempts an admissions email notification. It does not send a WhatsApp message; the separate WhatsApp link remains your choice.

Are advertising trackers included in this application?

No advertising or analytics scripts are included in the public page code. Hosting services may operate their own technical systems, which should be reviewed by the site owner before public launch.

Why does the admin area use a cookie?

The admin cookie maintains the authenticated session and supports request protection. It maintains the administrator’s signed-in session and supports request protection. Public visitors do not need an administrator session to read the site or calculate a fee estimate.

Who can answer questions about information sent to the academy?

Use info@livequranacademy.com and describe the relevant communication. The academy can discuss the information it holds in its correspondence and the appropriate next step for your request.

Why is an IP address saved with a submitted enquiry?

An IP address is saved as technical context for the submitted enquiry. It is available only through protected operational records and is not displayed on public learning pages. Read the related guide.

Which campaign details can be attached to my enquiry?

The form can attach the source page and UTM campaign fields present when the enquiry was opened. These fields help the academy understand which page or campaign led to the request. Read the related guide.

Can a public visitor download the academy’s enquiry list?

Public visitors cannot download the enquiry list through the website. Lead viewing, status changes and CSV export require the administrator’s authenticated session. Read the related guide.

How can I ask about correction or removal of an enquiry record?
