The form asks for the parent or student name, WhatsApp contact, optional email, country, and preferences. The server validates the selected plans and calculates the estimate from current settings. It saves the validated enquiry, attempts the admissions email notification and prepares an optional WhatsApp message for review.

Check the teacher arrangement, teaching language, selected days, local time, session duration, billing currency, and full fee. Ask about cancellations, absence, and changes before paying. Keep the agreement where the learner and supporting adult can refer to it.
Family estimates depend on eligibility being verified. Trial-only learners do not count toward a paid household tier. If several learners continue, confirm the individual courses and appointments as well as the shared billing group. Each standard student keeps a private class.

An unusual class duration needs a quote rather than an automatic standard-course price. A nonstandard duration requires a quote. The server can show standard-plan references when appropriate, but it does not present them as the final total for an unconfigured arrangement.
The submitted enquiry is first saved for the admissions team. The page then displays a WhatsApp message for review, and you choose whether to open WhatsApp and send that additional message.
When the academy and learner agree the teacher, selected days, local time, and arrangement. A requested window or introductory appointment should not be assumed to reserve an ongoing schedule automatically.
