Calendar-month plans and scheduled days
Standard fees are per student per calendar month. Each selected day includes one private standard session, and the number of scheduled lessons varies with the calendar. A five-day weekly plan is not a promise of a fixed twenty-session month.
Regular selected days are subject to availability; the seven-day option includes every day. Weekend plans specify one of Saturday or Sunday, or both. Confirm the agreed local time and teacher alongside the plan.
Trial sessions and paid enrolment are different
The introductory offer is three separate trial classes scheduled by agreement. It is not three consecutive calendar days and is not renewed each month. A trial-only learner does not count as an active paid member for the family discount.
If the learner continues, confirm the regular schedule, fee currency, and payment arrangement. The website’s enquiry and calculator provide information and estimates, not an automatic paid enrolment or invoice.
Family membership changes apply prospectively
Eligible household members receive one configured family tier on qualifying plans. If the membership changes, the discount is recalculated from the next billing cycle. Previous bills are not retroactively altered.
The academy verifies household membership, active paid status, and the linked family billing group. Custom and quoted Hifz arrangements need explicit eligibility. Each learner keeps a private class; household pricing does not mean shared teaching time.
Confirm absence and refund terms directly
The academy has not supplied a universal cancellation window, make-up entitlement, refund schedule, or payment-method policy for publication. Ask for the terms that apply to the proposed arrangement before paying, and keep the response with your schedule and quote.
If a session is affected by travel, illness, or a connection problem, contact the academy with the relevant date and details. Do not assume a specific credit or replacement until the applicable arrangement has been confirmed. This page does not invent a refund promise or remove any rights that apply to your situation.
